In collaboration with the Anne Arundel County Offices of the County Executive and Planning and Zoning, I helped launch a series of virtual Town Halls teaching residents how to use a new interactive website to submit comments on a draft development plan. Promoting these webinars required a detailed marketing strategy that involved email, a landing page, a registration form, call conversations, and social media posts. All efforts resulted in a great turnout with rave reviews.
